Law (Ten Commandments, Adam, Moses) and Grace (Jesus Christ)

Note: The following is an excerpt from a book by Pastor Hugo. This short study will help you to understand the Bible. Use it together with your Bible. Read the scriptures in your Bible so you can understand this revelation for yourself. Many Christians and teachers of the Gospel alike do not have a proper understanding of the purpose and dispensation of the 10 commandments and the grace of God. As a result many are still confessing the conditional blessings of Deuteronomy 28: 1-19 over their lives. Lets have a contextual look at this scenario.
Genesis 2:3 God created Adam and Eve. Adam and Eve sinned against God. Because of their sin; death, sickness, disease and poverty came into this world.
Genesis 12:-3 God made a promise to Abraham. God blessed Abraham without any conditions. Abraham had to do nothing. He just had to believe.
Four hundred and thirty years (430) after Abraham, God led the Israelites out of Egypt according to the promise he made with Abraham. [Galatians 3:17]
Exodus 20:1 The Israelites did not believe God like Abraham they worshipped idols and rebelled against God. God gave Moses the Ten Commandments which are also called the Law of Moses, because the People were rebellious.
Deuteronomy 28:1-19 God gave the Israelites a conditional blessing. He made a new promise to them. If they obey the ten commandments they will be blessed and if they do not obey the Ten Commandments they will be cursed in all they do.
Romans 5:12-19 Sin and death and the Ten Commandments was brought in this world by Moses and Adam.
Romans 10:4 when Jesus came; the law (Ten Commandments) ended.
Galatians 4:4-5 Jesus has come 2000 years ago to purchase us out of the law (Ten Commandments) with His blood. We are no longer under the 10 commandments if we are born again Christians. We are in Jesus Christ.
Galatians 3:1-25 God don’t bless us because of what we do. He blesses us because we believe in His Son. The law was only there to lead us to Christ.
Galatians 5:4 If you are still living under the Law (10 commandments) you are not part of Jesus Christ.
Romans 4:3-5; 13-15; 23-24 Abraham only had to believe in order to get the promises of God. This promise was for us also. We should only believe.
Ephesians 2:8-10 we are saved by the Grace of God. Not because of what we do, but because of what Jesus has done. All we have to do is to have Faith in God.
Romans 6:1 Now that we are under the grace of God and God don’t look on our sin anymore we don’t go on sinning, we choose not to sin. When God look at us, he don’t see our sin, he sees us in white robes, because Jesus paid for our sin.
God does not purposefully send any person to hell. According to God all our sins are forgiven. People go to hell because they refuse to except their forgiveness and keep on living in sin.
In the Ten Commandments you have to pay a prize with your good works so God can bless you.
According to the grace of God, Jesus already paid the prize so we can be blessed, healed, delivered, well, .....
Declarations:
